a community-engaged creative studio that taps into the imagination and creativity of diverse children and women communities and develops collaborative artifacts.
The studio stands for the connection between fiction, empathy, and creativity and empowers communities through workshops.
In partnership with NGOs and cooperatives, the Studio offers 12-week thematic workshops facilitated by artists from various backgrounds. Each series are based on different narratives, address salient social and environmental issues such as gender equality, climate action, and ocean conservation.
The goal across the whole process remains to inspire communities to rediscover their potential as dreamers and creators - while also encouraging critical thinking by questioning their stored memories as well as their stories and galaxies.
The outcomes of these workshops, can be in the shape of printed materials or textile-based artifacts, reflect key visuals or reinterpretations the entire process.
All of the profit is recycling back to dream and to create with new communities.
